Renowned filmmaker Jonathan Demme captures the band at their exhilarating best, in this new and complete restoration for the film's 40th anniversary.

Directed by Jonathan Demme, best known for The Silence of the Lambs, this 1984 collaboration with Talking Heads redefined the concert film. Opening with David Byrne's solo performance of Psycho Killer, the band members join one by one, building rhythm and identity on stage. Avoiding typical reaction shots, the film highlights Byrne's iconic 'big suit', precise choreography, and clean camerawork to recreate the live experience, transforming how concert films are seen and standing as a landmark in translating music into cinematic language.
