During a show by the metal band Iron Puppy, vocalist-bassist Cheol's hair catches fire, driving fans away. Then, the god of metal, O.G. Osbourne, appears and tells them to retrieve a virgin ghost’s hair for their next performance. Thus begins Iron Puppy’s wild quest.

After the members go their separate ways, the metal god, O.G. Osbourne, appears to Cheol and orders him to bring the hair of a virgin ghost. The film relies heavily on its quirky characters. Shamelessly cheesy yet hard to ignore in its passion and value for music, metal fills the film from start to finish.
