Synopsis
Lila, a young Korean-Argentinean girl, navigates the contradictions of her identity and tries to find her place in the world. The story travels back in time when her father, Antonio, decided to go to Latin America 18 years ago, betting everything on a young immigrant’s dream.

With her first fiction feature film, Elder Son, she won the Best Emerging Director award at the Concorso Cineasti del Presente at Locarno. She makes projects that question the cultural duality she herself experiences as an Argentine-Korean.
