Ahmet, a 15-year-old boy from a remote Yuruk village in North Macedonia, finds refuge in music while navigating his father’s expectations, a conservative community, and his first experience with love—a girl already promised to someone else.

Ahmet, a 15-year-old shepherd living in the remote farming village of Yuruk in North Macedonia. He tends a flock of sheep on a family-run farm but finds his greatest excitement in EDM music. One night, Ahmet leaves the farm for an electronic music party, where he sees Aya, a beautiful girl from the neighboring village, and witnesses a flock of sheep escaping the farm crashing into the party. This chaotic event quickly turns his reality upside down. His patriarchal father, mourning his wife’s death, enforces strict rules forbidding music, but the power of music will carry them to different inner worlds and places. (Kim Byeonggyu)
