Screening on scheduled time

JIMFF makes it a rule to start film screening on scheduled time. Entering more than 15 minutes after the beginning of screening is not allowed. (Reserved seats will NOT be guaranteed after screening starts.)

Cancellation

Exchange & Cancellation & Refund: Up to 1 hour before screening or performance. Cancellation and Refund can be made up to one hour the start of the screening and performance.
(\1,000 per cancellation - Cash only, actual ticket required if it is issued.)

Refund is not applicable when the requests are cause by audiences’ excuses

Refunds are not available when it is caused by the audience’s personal excuse. (ex: a traffic jam, a personal mistake about the schedule for screening/performance, etc)

Parking
