- Same-day cancellation on-site is not possible for all Music Programs
- Cancellation or refund is not possible if the audience cannot enter due to personal circumstances (delay due to traffic, missing the screening or performance time due to a mistake, etc.).
- Outdoor performances and concerts will take place as scheduled, except in the event of natural disasters and major social unrest, and raincoats will be distributed in the event of rain. Weather-related cancelations and refunds are not available.
- Once you have been issued a paper ticket, a cancellation can only be made at the corresponding ticket box office. (Online cancellation is not possible. You must bring the paper version of the ticket to request a refund).
- Reissue or cancellation is not possible if you lose or damage the paper ticket.
- A cancellation fee will be charged on the day of the screening or performance, even if it is only a change in the number of tickets, the title of the screening, the seat, or the method of payment.
- Partial cancellation is not possible, and any payment should be fully cancelled and reserved again.
- Tickets issued with invitation tickets are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- If you cancel the ticket after the paper ticket has been issued at the ticket box office, the cancellation fee can only be paid by bank transfer. (If you cannot transfer the cancellation fee, you cannot cancel the ticket).
