Music in Film, Film in Music
This year, audiences are invited to a series of special program events that are designed to deliver a unique and touching experience: Music in Film, Film in Music — Talk to You and Hidden Track.
Talk to You is a distinctive conversation program that brings together professionals from a wide range of fields, who join as viewers to share their personal interpretations and perspectives. At the intersection of cinema and music, a new map of appreciation unfolds through their unique languages and insights.
Hidden Track offers a magical moment when music returns to the stage after the film ends. Audiences can enjoy a mini concert performed live by musicians and actors from films. This year¡¯s lineup includes Yeoyu and Seolbin, selected as one of the top 100 Korean pop albums of the 2000s; singer-songwriter; and an actor Kim Pureum from CLEAR; an actor-singer Taejoong Joo and Chanhee Lee, Noahyun from Folks; as well as Kang Gil-woo and BAEK Ji-hye from The light of Mullae.
Alongside JIMFF¡¯s signature live events, Hidden Track brings the enchanting synergy of film and music to life.
Through the talks and performances of Music in Film, Film in Music, we hope audiences in Jecheon this year will enjoy a truly special experience—where the film lingers long after the credits roll.
