General Guidelines

  On-Time Screenings

  • All screenings begin promptly at the scheduled time.
  • Reservations and ticket issuance are available until 15 minutes after the screening begins. Admission is available from 10 minutes before the screening until 15 minutes after the screening begins.
  • Late admission may result in the loss of your assigned seat.
  • Seat changes are not permitted once the screening has begun.

  Admission Guidelines

  • The 22nd Jecheon International Music & Film Festival operates on a mobile ticket admission policy through online reservations.
  • Screenshots of mobile tickets are not accepted for admission.
  • Guests attending free screenings or screenings with unassigned seating must bring their mobile tickets.
• 

  No Photography or Recording

  • Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited throughout the screening, including during the end credits.
• 

  Age Rating Restrictions

  • Films rated “Restricted - Under 19” are not open to viewers under the age of 19 (those born in 2007 or later).
• 

  Food and Beverage Restrictions

  • Bringing or consuming food and beverages inside the screening venues is prohibited.
  • For a comfortable viewing environment, only bottled water and beverages with lids are permitted inside all screening venues.

  Electronic Device Restrictions

  • During screenings, please turn off all electronic devices, including mobile phones, or set them to silent mode.
