International Competition Jury will select the one for the Grand Prize. The winning film will receive a prize of KRW 20 million and a trophy.

- Head of Jury, Director
- He graduated from Seoul Institute of the Arts and won the Best New Director Award at the 14th Chunsa Film Art Awards for Lump of Sugar in 2006. He has directed several films, including Miracle in Cell No. 7 (2012) and Best Friend (2018).

- Iwai Shunji
- Director
- Iwai Shunji, born in 1963 in Miyagi, has been creating various visual works such as TV dramas and music videos since 1988, establishing a style known as "Iwai aesthetics." After his feature film debut with Love Letter(1995), he directed films like Swallowtail Butterfly(1996), All About Lily Chou-Chou(2001), and Hana and Alice(2004). He continues to explore different genres, including composing the song "Hana Wa Saku", and the drama adaptation Rojo No Ruka(2024) of his 2023 film Kyrie.

He is currently preparing for the film Dirty Money(2024). He has received numerous awards, including the Best New Actor Award at the 47th Daejong Film Festival, the Best New Actor Award at the 2013 KBS Drama Awards, and the Best New Actor Award in TV at the 50th Baeksang Arts Awards.

- Byun Seung-min is the Founder and CEO of Climax Studio. Founded in 2018, Climax Studio has produced over 21 films and series, gaining critical and commercial success in global markets. Climax Studio has been selected as the 'Most Anticipated Production Company' in 2022 and 2023 consecutively, and Byun was named as the 'Producer of the Year' in 2023.

Korean Competition Jury will select one feature-length and one short film. The winning feature will receive a prize of KRW 15 million and thewinning short film will receive a prize of KRW 5 million.

- Film composer
- Anna Rosenkilde is a Danish film composer, songwriter, instrumentalist, singer and performer. She studied at The Danish National Academy of Music and finished her master degree in Film Composition in 2018. She has scored several fiction, documentary and animation films. Her style of music is versatile, often atmospheric, simple layered, poetic and melodic, combining acoustic elements with electronics.
