※ Refunds are not available if you cannot enter the screening venue due to personal reasons (e.g., delays caused by traffic congestion, mistakes about screening or performance times, etc.). ※ Partial cancellations are not allowed; a full cancellation and re-booking are required. (e.g., If you wish to cancel 1 out of 3 tickets reserved, you must cancel all 3 and rebook the remaining 2.) ※ Reissuance and cancellation are not possible for lost or damaged physical tickets. ※ A cancellation fee will also be charged for cancellations made to change ticket quantities/screenings/payment methods on the day of the screening. ※ Tickets issued with badges or complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled. ※ Once an online reservation is issued as a physical ticket, it cannot be exchanged or canceled. |
