Synopsis

One day, lyricist Bom(Spring) realizes she is feeling love for Seol-ah(Winter), a singer-songwriter who she works with. Bom, who has been unable to confess her feeling to Seol-Ah, finds out that Seol-ah made a song with the name of the flower she gave her. Bom starts to write down the lyrics with her feelings for Seol-ah, but soon she realizes that the song was for Seol-Ah's new boyfriend. With imagining Seol-ah singing happily with the lyrics she wrote, Bom leaves Seol-ah.

Program Note

Bom, who writes lyrics, harbors special feelings for Seol-ah who composes music. However, she discovers that Seol-ah merely thinks of her as a "close older sister," and actually likes someone else. The 20-something protagonists, passionate about music but finding it difficult to secure good debut opportunities, steadily pursue their dreams, all the while unbidden romantic feelings start to blossom. While the film might seem to follow a relatively conventional narrative about youthful dreams and love, the subtle and sweet music and visuals throughout create a unique, gentle, and benign atmosphere.
