Synopsis

Ye-jin, who teaches viola, is becoming increasingly blurred between reality and dreams.

Program Note

Ye-jin, who teaches viola to students, maintains a calm demeanor but harbors an underlying sense of sadness. When she learns that her student is suffering from extreme anxiety due to conflicts with a mother who imposes harsh practice demands, she recalls her own past pains. The film alternates between her current role as a viola teacher and her own experiences of severe pressure during her student years, allowing the audience to delve into the hidden wounds and emotions of the protagonist. This film serves as a kind of therapeutic drama for those who have experienced deep psychological struggles under external pressures that strip away even the chance to give up. (Park Got)
