Synopsis

Have you ever felt sound with your whole body? Percussionist Evelyn Glennie considers everything to be an instrument. She feels the existence of the world around her through sounds such as footsteps, car noises, and wheels going round. Unlike so many documentaries which are the subject of heated discussion, this film shows peacefully and movingly how Evelyn accepts sounds with both her heart and mind.

토마스 리델샤이머

1963년 출생. 뮌헨 영화 학교에서 공부했으며, 1986년부터 독일 뿐 아니라 뉴질랜드, 러시아, 캐나다, 일본 등에서 프리랜서 작가, 감독, 카메라맨으로 일해 왔다. 연출한 작품으로는 < Lhasa>(1997), < Rivers and Tides>(2001) 등이 있다.
