Synopsis

Marie and Inga are friends that go to school for the blind and they play music together. One day, Marie helps Herbert who was being chased by police and it turns into an opportunity to form a band called ‘Blindflyers’. This is a story of children maturing through music and it goes beyond the superficiality of picturing the lives of the disabled but brings us smile as it reminds us of our younger days.

베른트 샬링

1961년 동독 출생. 1983년부터 86년까지 포츠담의 DEFA 스튜디오에서 많은 어린이 영화의 조감독으로 일했다. 1986년 HFF에 입학하여 여러 편의 중, 단편을 연출했고, 1990년대 중반 시카고의 콜럼비아 대학과 노스웨스턴 대학교에서 시나리오를 전공했다. <어둠 속의 천사들>은 그의 데뷔작으로 여러 영화제에 초청, 상영되었다.
