Synopsis

Elementary school students Glasses, Scaredy, and Fat are chased home from school by a group of high schoolers. After escaping their frightening older tormentors, they enter a building where they sense someone—or something—is watching them. One by one, they begin to reveal themselves. This homage to Méliès is a whimsical film that blends childhood imagination with elements of classic horror—featuring characters like Frankenstein, Dracula, and the Virgin Devil—alongside black-and-white silent film aesthetics. Moon So-ri, now a prominent actress, takes on an unusual role as the virgin ghost.

Min Dong-hyun

Born in 1976, Min Dong-hyun studied in the Department of Film at Seoul Institute of the Arts and at the Korean Academy of Animation. He has directed works such as Mangbung Eoppangga, Playing Eraser, and Tta, and is active in various fields including hosting film programs.
