Synopsis

Virtous drummer and percussionist Jair plays at an evangelist music band. One day, after defying his priest, he is expelled from Church and finds himself wondering the streets of Rio de Janeiro, initiating then his existential voyage into his music and place in the world.

  • 1978년 브라질 리오 데 자네이루 출생. 리오 데 자네이루 주립대학에서 역사를 전공했으며 오랫동안 베이스를 연주한 뮤지션이기도 하다. 단편 <소리와 안식>으로 브라질 내에서는 물론 2008년 클레르몽페랑 국제단편영화제 경쟁부문, 칸영화제 시네파운데이션에 선정되는 등 세계 유수 영화제에 초청되어 호평을 받았다.
