Synopsis

A band with no name starts to play on the street. Being asked their name, they answer, “We just love to band” and it became their name. Then they set out on a journey to local festivals, uninvited. The four members start to realize how different each of them are, and the story begins with the people they encounter on the street. At first, their attitude was “love to do” but it becomes more and more “work-like”. This documentary deals with their fanciful journey that started at the bottom of the ladder. If something you love to do becomes what you have to do for a living, it becomes unendurable. Therefore it’s not always a happy ride when you do something you like. Simply trying makes you love to do it, and one day it suddenly becomes what you really hate to do. I want to ask an uncomfortable question: Is “doing something I like” some sort of an obsession or self-hypnosis to “We just love to Band”. ​
