Synopsis

Running with the Beast is the title of the new album of the Amsterdam-based rock band zZz. Roel Wouters made a music video, the artwork, and a series of posters. The project is about two artists who have created the conditions to capture rage in a systematic way. In the video, two colored cocks print their fight on a sheet of paper.

  • Born in 1972, Roel Wouters works as a graphic designer and filmmaker. Since 2002, he has been running a studio called Zellow. At Zellow, he primarily focuses on the fusion of various media in the cultural field. Additionally, he has taught interactive design and graphic design at institutions such as the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, Sandberg Institute, and Yale University School of Art.
