Synopsis

Jussi Bjorling, remembered as one of the greatest tenors in the world, debuted at the age of 19 and ever since, he stayed on the top for some 20 years. He traveled around Vienna, USA and Sweden, his home country, and left great repertoires like [La Boheme], [Rigoletto] and [I Pagliacci], which all still remain as a priceless heritage for opera fans. Despite his enormous success, he never enjoyed the fame. Instead, he preferred sitting on a bridge with a fishing rod. This attitude made him even more precious for Swedish people. This film is a documentary about him in commemoration of 100th anniversary of his birth.
