Synopsis

Hip Hop Mom is Mina Shum’s comedic take on how moms of the world can stay true to themselves while raising a family. When two alpha supermoms dispute over a parking spot, they quickly reveal their secret identities and it’s a hip hop mom dance battle royal! An irreverent ode to moms everywhere-complete with slow motion punches and fancy footwork.

  • 홍콩에서 태어나 캐나다 밴쿠버에서 자랐다. 영화 제작 학위를 취득한 후 다섯 편의 단편 영화를 만들었으며, 그 중 <나, 엄마, 그리고 모나>(1993)는 그 해 토론토영화제에서 심사위원 특별 언급을 받았다.​
