Synopsis

A musician performs his ritual before going on stage. The dressing rooms are crowded and noisy, but he still finds enough peace to admire his beloved instrument and the concentration to warm up... Gradually, images and sounds come out from his mind and become stronger, describing the complex world of music.

  • Hipatia Aviles is a director and musician who recently graduated from university. Music plays an important role in her life, inspiring various projects, and Sinfonieta was born in this way. This work, her graduation project and first short film, introduces a little bit of the musical world within the vast possibilities of cinema.
