Synopsis
A portrait of the radio show [High Noon], famous for the song of the week, where the presenter Andrew sings reader’s letters from a local newspaper. High Noon Winti is an essay about Swiss identity, community life and the relationship between citizens and their city.

- Born in Ukraine in 1976, Dmytro Tiazhlov graduated from Kyiv National Theatre TV School in 2002. He has studied narrative, documentary production, and animation during his master's program. In 2009, he completed his first feature documentary, , which won the Best Ukrainian Film Award in 2009.
