Synopsis

​A rapper has-been, Park Sa-jang, who is a member of a hip-hop duo Holladang, is expelled from his team by the head of his agency. Returning to his hometown, Jeju Island, he encounters Mi-rae, a female diver of Jeju, or Haenyeo. Inspired by the young woman diver who raps in Jeju dialect, he makes a successful comeback and tries to return to Seoul. However, Mi-rae keeps on preparing for a collaborative concert with him…

  • 1978년 서울에서 태어나 2006년 한양대학교 문화인류학과를 졸업했다. 2008년부터 2010년까지 영화, 출판 번역작가로 일하다가 2010년 제주도로 이주했다. 이후 프리랜서 라디오 프로듀서를 거쳐 2016년 만든 매깨라 스튜디오의 대표로 활동하고 있다.
