Synopsis

A love story between a tap dancer, a piano player and a 1922 hand-cranked motion picture camera. The old camera is both camera, character and stage. Seduced by the rhythms of the camera mechanics, the tap dancer jumps into the magical world of analogue black-and-white film where her dreams seem infinitely possible. In the end, she finds out there is something that matters even more.

  • 피에터-림 데 크룬은 암스테르담에 위치한 네덜란드 필름 텔레비전 아카데미를 졸업했고, 1981년부터 감독 및 촬영기사로 활동하고 있다. 네덜란드 공보처의 여러 영상을 제작하였고, 동아시아와 아프리카, 카리브 해 지역의 개별협력에 관련된 다큐멘터리를 제작한 바 있다.
