Synopsis
Quilapayún was part of Chile’s powerful musical movement in the 1960s. Thousands of revolutionaries sang their songs, convinced that change was inevitable and imperative in Latin America. Salvador Allende sent them to Europe to spread the good news; they were performing on September 11, 1973, when they found out that they would not be returning home. Decades of exile, tragedies, and the great collapse of their dream were not enough to silence their songs.
