Synopsis

Our fascination with pianos is universal and timeless. Owning a piano is a lifelong commitment—when properly cared for, a piano can last 80 to 100 years. Seoul Clavier Chronicle features three piano stories captured during Ivy’s first visit to Seoul in October 2018.

  • Ivy Lin was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. In 1989, she moved to the United States to study music and later earned her master’s degree. After working in the advertising industry, she began her career as an independent documentary filmmaker in 2000.
