Synopsis

An old musician lives a quiet life in a small Chinese town. He is deeply connected to the traditions of his people and devoted to preserving a dying form of music. For one day and one night, he remains standing—ready to play his music.

  • Born in Sarajevo, Duško Stanišić studied film directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and continued his studies in film and TV directing at the Academy of Arts in Banja Luka. His short films and documentaries have been invited to numerous film festivals.
