Synopsis

Tipiland is a home for people who cannot afford the rents in Berlin or have chosen a simpler lifestyle. One man lives in a tent, with holes, causing the rain to start dripping inside his home. With a bunch of empty tin cans, he composes a symphony.

  • Bait Helmer studied directing at the Munich Film School and participated in the scriptwriting of Wim Wenders' Speed of Light in 1997. His first feature film Tuvalu, starring Denis Lavant, was introduced through Buena Vista, and his latest film The Bra, starring Miki Manojlovic, Denis Lavant, and Paz Vega, has been presented at several film festivals.
