Synopsis

Antonio, an elderly and eccentric pensioner living alone in an apartment in the center of Cagliari, spends his days in chat rooms where he sings classic Italian songs. There, he meets Karen, a German pianist, and a unique friendship is born. However, Karen is hiding a secret. Unaware of Karen’s dark secret, Antonio dreams of performing with her.

  • Francesco Piras, an Italian director born in 1978 in Cagliari, won an award at the Italian Food Film Festival in 2014 for his documentary House of Lumaco. He is currently preparing a feature film based on the novel by Francesco Abate and Valerio Mastandrea.
