Synopsis

​ "I went through my mini-DV footage from the last 10 years. I found footage of Chantal Ackerman and Sonia Wither-Atherton leaving a restaurant in Montparnasse where we had dined together that I had forgotten about." A film about the long meeting between director Chantal Ackerman and cellist Sonia Wither-Atherton, and how Sonia's music was used in Ackerman's films. The experimental arrangement of images is intriguing, and the film is reminiscent of Godard's experiments in combining sound and image, with images and sound sometimes matching and sometimes not.
