Synopsis

An artistic and period documentary about the birth and rise of techno music, centered on French DJ Laurent Garnier, a pioneer of the genre. Through never-before-seen footage of Garnier's recent world tour and archival images, the film paints a remarkably intimate portrait of the passionate and pioneering man. Garnier overcame all odds to follow his passion, eventually sparking a musical, social, and political revolution. A tribute to an indescribable collective musical experience.

A French boy dreams of an amusement park where people dance to his music, and as a young man, he pursues his passion by working as a waiter by day and a DJ by night. His musical journey, which began in another country, the United Kingdom, eventually led him to become a global techno pioneer.
