Synopsis
After the sudden death of her husband, Kyung-chi, Min-hee brings several mysteries with her to his hometown of Jeju, where he wanted to live. After settling into the cottage of his dreams, Min-hee meets her neighbors, Mok-ha and her twenty-year-old son, Tae-kyung. Min-hee is attracted to the confident and cool Mok-ha, but is strangely bothered by something about Tae-kyeong. When Min-hee realizes who they are, she is overwhelmed.
Program Note
Min-hee comes to live alone on Jeju, her late husband's favorite island. Still feeling a sense of loss, Min-hee becomes close to her neighbor Mok-ha and her son Tae-kyung. Mok-ha's sassy and bossy personality draws Min-hee to her, and Min-hee feels a strange kindness toward her son. After Min-hee's dead husband's relationship with Mok-ha and Tae-kyung is revealed, the two women seem to be at odds over their dead husband. Where Min-hee is introverted and static, Mok-ha is bubbly and spirited. The energy between the opposing personalities of Min-hee and Mok-ha, played by Yoo Dae-in and Cho Eun-ji, takes the drama to unexpected places. (Song-hee Kim)
