Synopsis

The only one in her family who can hear and speak, Paula falls in love with new student Gabriel at first sight and joins his choir. Her teacher, who has never sung out loud before, sees a natural talent in her and offers her an audition for a choral school in Paris, where she and Gabriel will perform a duet. But Paula is busy connecting her family to the world and worries about the chaos her sudden departure will cause. And when she learns the truth about her mother, who has always loved her, she decides to give up the audition.
