Synopsis

Chariots of Fire is an Oscar-winning drama about two men competing in the 1924 Paris Olympics. Eric Liddell, a devout Scottish Christian, believes he must succeed to validate his religious beliefs. Harold Abrams is a British national who desperately wants to be recognized and prove to the world that Jews are not inferior. Driven by these different desires, the film cross-cuts between the lives of the two men as they train for the competition.
