Synopsis

Just before an important performance, Hyun-joo is confronted by her ex-boyfriend, Jung-han. He threatens her, claiming that her music plagiarizes his own. The two embark on a day-long journey to prove their respective truths.

Program Note

“Give me back my leg—no, my song!” On the day before her concert, Hyun-joo (Do Hye-seon) is ambushed by her ex-boyfriend Jung-han (Kim Sung-gon), who claims she stole his music. Hyun-joo brushes him off as childish, but Jung-han suggests they finally settle whether he’s being petty—or if she’s lying—by retracing their steps and revisiting people from their past. What begins as a petty blame game gradually transforms into a reconstruction of their forgotten memories, piece by piece. As their journey unfolds, their antagonism gives way to understanding, and their conflicting truths evolve into a shared reflection on the meaning of their past. (Heo Nam-woong)
