Synopsis

Minji, who has lost her passion for life, visits a place called the “Passion Office,” where she receives a procedure from its director, Minhyeok, to recover her lost drive. However, during the extraction process, a memory-related mishap occurs for some unknown reason—and Minhyeok ends up losing the container that held her collected passion…

Program Note

In the near future, the Passion Office helps people recover their lost passions by locating them in their memories and re-injecting them into the present. Preparing for a civil service exam, Minji becomes a client, and Minhyeok, an employee at the office, dives into her high school memories—only to discover her true passion lies elsewhere. We Help You Find Your Lost Passion is reminiscent of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, which features a company that erases painful memories. Passion, in the end, resides in the heart that longs to live the life one dreams of. Although wrapped in genre trappings, this film delivers a heartfelt message of support for those torn between dreams and reality, yet still chasing after what they truly want. (Choi Eun-young)
