Synopsis

Havana, Cuba, 1948. Chico, a gifted and ambitious pianist-composer, meets Rita, a singer with a beautiful voice, one night at a club. Radiating youth and talent, they fall in love, but their passion, ambition, jealousy, and misunderstandings lead to a heartbreaking separation.
