Since 2014, the 'Jecheon International Music & Film Festival' and the 'Korean Singer-Songwriter Association' have been holding a program called "Hall of Fame" every year to honor musicians who have had a significant impact on Korean popular music. This year, we commemorate the 20th anniversary of the passing of the folk musician 'Kim Kwang-seok.' This program will explore Kim Kwang-seok not only as a singer but also as an icon of empathy and communication, delving into the original songs, collaborators, and thoughts of many artists who contributed to the creation of his memorable songs.
