Performance Information

The 'JIMFF Summer Stage', which is being introduced for the first time this year, is a special stage featuring local artists. The teams for the second round of auditions will be selected through the first round of support, and the final teams will perform film music from August 9th to August 12th. The event, which was previously held as a street festival, is being restructured into the 'JIMFF Summer Stage', with the goal of improving the skills of local artists and showcasing a variety of performances to the tourists attending the international event. The festival aims to revitalize the old downtown area through street magic shows, street theater, circus performances, mime, and more, creating a festival where locals and tourists can come together. On the 9th (Friday), Shinji from Koyote will fill the cultural street with an opening performance, and on the 10th (Saturday), saxophonists from all over the country will attempt a Guinness World Record with their performance.
