Terms of Service.

제1장 총칙

 제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 사단법인 제천국제음악영화제 조직위원회(이하 "JIMFF"라 합니다.)가 제공하는 제천국제음악영화제 공식 홈페이지 (www.jimff.org 서비스(이하 "서비스"라 합니다.)를 이용함에 있어 이용자와 JIMFF의 권리,의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
1. 이 약관은 본 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에 대하여 그 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 이 약관의 내용은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 회원에게 공시하고, 회원이 서비스에 가입함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
3. JIMFF는 필요하다고 인정되는 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 약관이 변경된 경우에는 개정된 약관을 1항과 동일한 방법으로 공시합니다.

제3조 (약관 외 준칙)
이 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항과 이 약관의 해석에 관하여는 전기 통신 기본법, 전기 통신 사업법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 및 기타 관련 법령의 규정에 따릅니다.

제4조 (용어의 정의)
1. 회원: 홈페이지에 접속하여 이 약관에 동의하고 아이디와 비밀번호를 발급 받아 JIMFF가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 자
2. 아이디: 회원 식별과 서비스 이용을 위하여 이용자가 입력하고 JIMFF가 승인하는 영문자와 숫자의 조합
3. 비밀번호: 회원의 비밀보호를 위하여 이용자가 설정한 문자와 숫자의 조합
4. 비회원: 회원에 가입하지 않고 JIMFF가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자
5. 이용자: 홈페이지에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 받는 회원 또는 비회원

 제2장 계약 당사자의 의무

 제5조 (JIMFF의 의무)
1. JIMFF는 서비스 제공과 관련하여 알고 있는 회원의 신상 정보를 본인의 승낙 없이 제3자에게 누설, 배포하지 않습니다. 단, 법률의 규정에 따른 적법한 절차에 의한 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.
2. 제1항의 범위 내에서, JIMFF는 업무와 관련하여 회원의 사전 동의 없이 회원 전체 또는 일부의 개인 정보에 관한 통계 자료를 작성하여 이를 사용할 수 있고, 이를 위하여 회원의 컴퓨터에 쿠키를 전송할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회원은 쿠키의 수신을 거부하거나 쿠키의 수신에 대하여 경고하도록 사용하는 컴퓨터의 브라우저 설정을 변경할 수 있으며, 쿠키의 설정 변경에 의해 서비스 이용이 변경되는 것은 회원의 책임입니다.
3. JIMFF는 서비스와 관련한 회원의 불만 사항이 접수되는 경우 이를 신속하게 처리하여야 하며, 신속한 처리가 곤란한 경우 그 사유와 처리 일정을 서비스 화면에 게재하거나 전자 우편 등을 통하여 동 회원에게 통지합니다.

제6조 (회원의 의무)
1. 회원은 서비스를 이용할 때 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니 됩니다.
① 이용 신청 시 허위 사실을 기재하거나, 다른 회원의 아이디 및 비밀번호를 도용, 부정하게 사용하는 행위
② JIMFF의 서비스를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 JIMFF의 사전 승낙 없이 복제 또는 유통시키거나 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
③ 타인의 명예를 손상시키거나 불이익을 주는 행위
④ 게시판 등에 음란물을 게재하거나 음란 사이트를 연결(링크)하는 행위
⑤ JIMFF의 저작권, 제3자의 저작권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 행위
⑥ 공공 질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 내용의 정보, 문장, 도형, 음성 등을 타인에게 유포하는 행위
⑦ 서비스와 관련된 설비의 오동작이나 정보 등의 파괴 및 혼란을 유발시키는 컴퓨터 바이러스 감염 자료를 등록 또는 유포하는 행위
⑧ 서비스 운영을 고의로 방해하거나 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해할 수 있는 정보 및 수신자의 의사에 반하여 광고성 정보를 전송하는 행위
2. 회원은 관계 법령, 본 약관의 규정, 이용 안내 및 서비스 상에 공지한 주의사항, JIMFF가 통지하는 사항 등을 준수하여야 하며, 기타 JIMFF의 업무에 방해되는 행위를 하여서는 아니 됩니다.
3. 회원은 JIMFF에서 공식적으로 인정한 경우를 제외하고는 서비스를 이용하여 상품을 판매하는 영업 활동을 할 수 없으며 특히 해킹, 광고를 통한 수익, 음란 사이트를 통한 상업 행위, 상용 소프트웨어 불법 배포 등을 할 수 없습니다. 이를 위반하여 발생한 영업 활동의 결과 및 손실, 관계 기관에 의한 구속 등 법적 조치 등에 관해서는 JIMFF가 책임을 지지 않으며, 회원은 이와 같은 행위와 관련하여 JIMFF에 대하여 손해배상 의무를 집니다.

제7조 (회원 아이디와 비밀번호 관리에 대한 의무와 책임)
1. JIMFF는 홈페이지 내에서 일부 서비스 신청 시 결제와 관련되어있으므로 회원은 아이디 및 비밀번호 관리를 철저히 하여야 합니다. 2. 회원 아이디와 비밀번호의 관리 소홀, 부정 사용에 의하여 발생하는 모든 결과에 대한 책임은 회원 본인에게 있으며, JIMFF의 시스템 고장 등 JIMFF의 책임 있는 사유로 발생하는 문제에 대해서는 JIMFF가 책임을 집니다.
3. 회원은 본인의 아이디 및 비밀번호를 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 안되며, 회원 본인의 아이디 및 비밀번호를 도난 당하거나 제3자가 사용하고 있음을 인지하는 경우에는 바로 JIMFF에 통보하고 JIMFF의 안내가 있는 경우 그에 따라야 합니다.
4. 회원의 아이디는 JIMFF의 사전 동의 없이 변경할 수 없습니다.

제8조 (회원에 대한 통지)
1. 회원에 대한 통지를 하는 경우 JIMFF는 회원이 등록한 전자우편 주소 또는 SMS 등으로 할 수 있습니다.
2. JIMFF는 불특정 다수 회원에 대한 통지의 경우 뉴스레터 발송, 팝업, 게시판 등에 게시함으로써 개별 통지를 대신할 수 있습니다.

제3장 서비스 이용 계약

 제9조
1. "위의 이용 약관에 동의하십니까?"라는 이용 신청 시의 물음에 이용자가 "동의함" 버튼을 누르면 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
2. 이용 계약은 이용자의 이용 신청에 대하여 JIMFF가 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.

제10조 (이용 신청)
이용자는 서비스가 정한 가입 양식에 따라 회원 정보를 기입한 후 이 약관에 동의한다는 의사표시를 함으로써 이용 신청을 합니다.

제11조 (이용 신청의 승낙)
1. JIMFF는 제10조와 같이 회원으로 가입할 것을 신청한 이용자 중 다음 각 호에 해당하지 않는 한 회원으로 등록합니다.
① 기술 상 서비스 제공이 불가능한 경우
② 실명이 아니거나, 다른 사람의 명의 사용 등 이용 신청 시 허위로 신청한 경우
③ 이용자 등록 사항을 누락하거나 오기하여 신청하는 경우
④ 사회의 질서 또는 미풍양속을 저해하거나, 저해할 목적으로 신청한 경우
⑤ JIMFF가 정한 이용신청 요건이 미비 되었을 경우
⑥ 기타 JIMFF가 필요하다고 인정되는 경우

 제12조 (회원 정보의 변경)
회원은 서비스 이용 신청 시 기재한 사항이 변경되었을 경우에는 JIMFF가 정한 별도의 이용 방법으로 정해진 양식 및 방법에 의하여 지체 없이 온라인으로 수정을 하여야 하며, 변경 및 통지 불이행으로 인하여 발생한 불이익에 대해서는 회원의 책임으로 합니다.

제4장 서비스의 이용
 제13조 (서비스의 이용 개시)
1. JIMFF는 회원의 이용 신청을 승낙한 때부터 서비스를 개시합니다. 단, 일부 서비스의 경우에는 지정된 일자부터 서비스를 개시합니다. 2. JIMFF의 업무상 또는 기술상의 문제로 인하여 서비스를 개시하지 못하는 경우에는 홈페이지에 공시하거나 회원에게 이를 통지합니다. 제14조 (서비스의 이용 시간) 1. 서비스의 이용은 연중 무휴 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, JIMFF의 업무상이나 기술상의 이유로 서비스가 일시 중지될 수 있고, 또한 운영상의 목적으로 JIMFF가 정한 기간에는 서비스가 일시 중지될 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우 JIMFF는 사전 또는 사후에 이를 공지합니다.
2. JIMFF는 서비스를 일정 범위로 분할하여 각 범위 별로 이용 가능한 시간을 정할 수 있으며 이 경우 그 내용을 공지합니다.

제15조 (서비스의 변경 및 중지)
1. JIMFF는 수시로 서비스의 향상을 위하여 기존 서비스의 전부 또는 일부 내용을 별도의 통지 없이 변경할 수 있습니다.
2. JIMFF는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 제한하거나 중지할 수 있습니다.
① 서비스용 설비의 보수 등 공사로 인한 부득이한 경우
② 회원이 JIMFF의 서비스 운영을 방해하는 경우
③ 정전, 제반 설비의 문제 또는 이용량의 폭주 등으로 정상적인 서비스 이용에 지장이 있는 경우
④ 기타 천재지변, 국가 비상사태 등 불가항력적 사유가 있는 경우
3. JIMFF는 서비스의 변경, 중지로 발생하는 문제에 대해서는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.

제16조 (정보의 제공 및 광고의 게재)
1. JIMFF는 서비스를 운영함에 있어 각종 정보를 화면에 게재하거나 전자 우편 및 서신 우편 등의 방법으로 회원에게 제공할 수 있습니다.
2. JIMFF는 서비스의 운영과 관련하여 서비스 화면, 뉴스레터, SMS, 전자우편 등에 광고 등을 게재할 수 있습니다.

제17조 (게시물 또는 내용물의 삭제)
JIMFF는 회원이 게시하거나 전달하는 서비스 내의 모든 내용물(회원간 전달 포함)이 다음의 경우에 해당한다고 판단되는 경우 사전 통지 없이 삭제할 수 있으며, 이에 대해 JIMFF는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
① JIMFF, 다른 회원 또는 제3자를 비방하거나 중상모략으로 명예를 손상시키는 내용인 경우
② 공공 질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 경우
③ 범죄적 행위에 결부된다고 인정되는 내용인 경우
④ JIMFF, 제3자의 저작권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 내용인 경우
⑤ 불건전한 자료를 홍보할 경우
⑥ 게시판의 성격과 맞지 않는 게시물인 경우
⑦ 기타 관계 법령 및 JIMFF의 지침에 위반된다고 판단되는 경우
⑧ JIMFF는 게시물에 관련된 세부 이용 지침을 별도로 정하여 시행할 수 있으며, 회원은 그 지침에 따라 각종 게시물(회원간 전달 포함)을 등록하거나 삭제하여야 합니다.

제18조 (게시물의 저작권 및 소유권)
서비스에 게재된 모든 자료(회원간 전달 포함)에 대한 권리는 다음과 같습니다.
① 게시물에 대한 권리와 책임은 게시자에게 있으며 JIMFF는 게시자의 동의 없이 이를 서비스 내 게재 이외에 영리적 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다. 단, 비영리 목적인 경우에는 그러하지 아니하며 JIMFF는 타 서비스 내 게재권을 갖습니다.
② 회원은 서비스를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 가공 판매하는 행위 등 서비스에 게재된 자료를 영리 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 할 수 없으며, 게시물에 대한 저작권 침해는 관계 법령의 적용을 받습니다.

제5장 계약 해지 및 이용 제한

 제19조 (계약 해지 및 이용 제한)
1. 회원이 서비스 이용 계약을 해지하고자 할 경우에는 회원 본인이 홈페이지에서 또는 JIMFF가 정한 별도의 방법으로 JIMFF에 해지 신청을 하여야 합니다.
2. JIMFF 회원이 제6조에 규정한 회원의 의무를 이행하지 않을 경우 사전 통지 없이 이용 계약을 해지하거나 서비스 이용을 중지할 수 있습니다.
3. JIMFF는 회원이 이용 계약을 체결하여 아이디와 비밀번호를 부여 받은 후에라도 회원의 자격에 따른 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
4. JIMFF는 회원 가입 후 어느 정도의 기간 동안 사용 이력이 없는 회원에 대해 사용 의사를 묻는 고지를 하고, JIMFF가 정한 기한 내에 답변이 없는 경우 이용 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
5. JIMFF는 회원이 다음 사항에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 경우 사전 동의 없이 이용 계약을 해지하거나 기간을 정하여 서비스 이용을 중지할 수 있습니다.
① 타인의 이름, 아이디 및 비밀번호를 도용한 경우
② 서비스 운영을 고의로 방해한 경우
③ 가입한 이름이 실명이 아닌 경우
④ 같은 사용자가 다른 이름으로 이중 등록을 한 경우
⑤ 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 내용을 고의로 유포시킨 경우
⑥ 타인의 명예를 손상시키거나 불이익을 주는 행위를 한 경우
⑦ 제3자의 지적재산권을 침해하는 경우
⑧ 서비스 이용을 통해 얻은 정보를 JIMFF의 사전 승낙 없이 복제 또는 유통시키거나 상업적으로 이용하는 경우
⑨ 기타 JIMFF가 정한 이용 조건에 위반되는 경우
6. 본 조 제2항 및 제3항의 JIMFF의 조치에 대하여 회원은 JIMFF가 정한 절차에 따라 이의 신청을 할 수 있습니다.
7. 본 조 제6항에 의한 이의가 정당하다고 JIMFF가 인정하는 경우, JIMFF는 즉시 서비스의 이용을 재개합니다.

제20조 (양도 금지)
회원은 서비스의 이용 권한, 기타 이용 계약 상 지위를 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없으며 게시물에 대한 저작권을 포함한 모든 권리 및 책임은 이를 게시한 회원에게 있습니다.

제6장 손해배상 등

 제21조 (손해배상)
1. JIMFF는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 무료 서비스의 경우에 한해 회원에게 발생한 어떠한 손해에 관하여도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 회원이 본 약관을 위반함으로 인하여 JIMFF에 손해가 발생하게 되는 경우, 이 약관을 위반한 회원은 JIMFF에 발생하는 모든 손해를 배상하여야 합니다.
3. 회원이 서비스를 이용함에 있어 행한 불법 행위나 본 약관 위반 행위로 인하여 JIMFF가 당해 회원 이외의 제3자로부터 손해배상 청구 또는 소송을 비롯한 각종 이의 제기를 받는 경우 당해 회원은 자신의 책임과 비용으로 JIMFF를 면책 시켜야 하며, JIMFF가 면책되지 못한 경우 당해 회원은 그로 인하여 JIMFF에 발생한 모든 손해를 배상하여야 합니다.

제22조 (면책 사항)
1. JIMFF는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우나 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 문제에 관한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. JIMFF는 이용자가 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 수익을 상실한 것에 대하여 책임을 지지 않으며 그 밖에 서비스를 통하여 얻은 자료로 인한 손해에 관하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. JIMFF는 이용자가 서비스에 게재한 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도, 정확성 등 내용에 관하여는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제23조 (관할 법원)
1. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 JIMFF와 회원 사이에 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 쌍방간에 분쟁의 해결을 위해 성실히 협의한 후가 아니면 제소할 수 없습니다.
2. 본 조 제1항의 협의에서도 분쟁이 해결되지 않을 경우 양 당사자는 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.
부 칙 (시행일)
이 약관은 2010년 6월 24일부터 시행합니다.

 제3조 (약관 외 준칙)
이 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항과 이 약관의 해석에 관하여는 전기 통신 기본법, 전기 통신 사업법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 및 기타 관련 법령의 규정에 따릅니다.

이 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항과 이 약관의 해석에 관하여는 전기 통신 기본법, 전기 통신 사업법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 및 기타 관련 법령과 “영화제”가 정한 서비스의 세부 이용 지침 등의 규정에 의합니다.

제4조 ( 용어의 정리 )
① “영화제”란 전주국제영화제 조직위원회가 운영하고 전주에서 진행되는 국제영화제를 말합니다.
② “이용자”란 영화제 홈페이지에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 제공 받으며, 이용 하는 회원 또는 비회원을 말합니다.
③ JIFF 회원(이하 “일반회원”이라 한다)이란 사이트에 접속하여 본 약관에 따라 영화제 회원으로 가입하여 영화제가 제공하는 이메일서비스 및 온라인 입장권 예매 서비스를 받는 자를 말합니다.


Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement aims to outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as "JIMFF") in connection with the use of the official website of the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival (www.jimff.org, hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by JIMFF.

Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

These terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service.
The terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or otherwise made available to members, and the member agrees to them by registering for the Service.
JIMFF reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Any modifications will be announced in the same manner as outlined in paragraph 1.
Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)
Matters not specified in these terms or interpretations of these terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definitions)

Member: A person who accesses the website, agrees to these terms, and receives a user ID and password to use the services provided by JIMFF.
User ID: A combination of letters and numbers approved by JIMFF, entered by the user for identification and Service use.
Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user for confidentiality.
Non-Member: A person who uses the services provided by JIMFF without registering as a member.
User: A person who accesses the website and receives services in accordance with these terms, whether as a member or non-member.
Chapter 2: Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 5 (Obligations of JIMFF)

JIMFF shall not disclose or distribute the personal information of members learned in connection with the provision of the Service to third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
Within the scope of paragraph 1, JIMFF may create and use statistical data on members' personal information for business purposes, and may transmit cookies to members' computers to this end. Members can refuse or be warned about receiving cookies by changing their browser settings, but any service changes resulting from this are the member's responsibility.
JIMFF shall promptly address any member complaints related to the Service. If prompt processing is difficult, the reason and processing schedule will be posted on the Service screen or communicated to the member via email.
Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

Members shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
Providing false information when applying for use, or misusing or fraudulently using another member's ID and password.
Copying, distributing, or commercially using information obtained through the Service without prior approval from JIMFF.
Defaming or causing disadvantage to others.
Posting or linking to obscene materials or websites on the bulletin board.
Infringing on JIMFF's or third-party copyrights or other rights.
Distributing information, sentences, graphics, audio, etc., that violate public order or morals.
Registering or distributing computer virus-infected materials that cause malfunctions, destruction, or confusion in Service-related facilities.
Intentionally interfering with Service operations or sending advertising information against the recipient's will.
Members must comply with relevant laws, these terms, guidelines for use, notices posted on the Service, and instructions communicated by JIMFF, and must not interfere with JIMFF's operations.
Unless officially approved by JIMFF, members may not use the Service for business activities such as sales through hacking, advertising for profit, commercial activities through obscene sites, illegal distribution of commercial software, etc. JIMFF is not responsible for any business activities or legal actions arising from such activities, and members are liable for damages to JIMFF.
Article 7 (Obligations and Responsibilities for Managing Member IDs and Passwords)

Members must manage their IDs and passwords diligently, as they may be related to payments within the Service.
Members are responsible for all consequences resulting from their negligent management of IDs and passwords or their misuse. However, JIMFF is responsible for issues caused by system failures for which JIMFF is accountable.
Members shall not allow third parties to use their IDs or passwords. If members become aware that their IDs or passwords have been stolen or are being used by third parties, they must immediately notify JIMFF and follow JIMFF's instructions.
Members may not change their IDs without JIMFF's prior consent.
Article 8 (Notification to Members)

JIMFF may notify members via email or SMS sent to the email address or phone number registered by the member.
JIMFF may substitute individual notifications by posting on the bulletin board, sending newsletters, or creating pop-ups for notifications to an unspecified number of members.
Chapter 3: Service Use Contract
Article 9

When a user clicks the "Agree" button in response to the prompt "Do you agree to the above terms?" during the application process, it is considered that the user agrees to the terms.
The Service use contract is established when JIMFF approves the user's application for use.
Article 10 (Application for Use)
Users apply for the Service by completing the membership information form provided by the Service and expressing their consent to these terms.

Article 11 (Approval of Application for Use)

JIMFF will register users as members, provided they do not fall under the following categories:
When technical difficulties prevent the provision of the Service.
When the application is submitted under a false name or using another person's name, or when false information is provided.
When registration details are incomplete or incorrectly filled out.
When the application is made with the intent to disrupt public order or morals.
When the application requirements set by JIMFF are incomplete.
When deemed necessary by JIMFF.
Article 12 (Changes to Member Information)
Members must promptly update their information online according to the procedures and methods set by JIMFF if there are any changes to the details provided at the time of application. Members are responsible for any disadvantages arising from failure to update or notify of changes.

Chapter 4: Use of Services
Article 13 (Commencement of Service Use)

JIMFF will commence services upon accepting the member's application. However, some services may commence on specified dates.
If JIMFF cannot start the Service due to business or technical issues, it will announce this on the website or notify the member.
Article 14 (Service Use Time)

The Service is available 24 hours a day, year-round. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended due to JIMFF's business or technical reasons, and JIMFF may temporarily suspend the Service during a period specified by JIMFF for operational purposes. In such cases, JIMFF will notify users in advance or afterward.
JIMFF may divide the Service into certain areas and specify available times for each area, in which case it will announce this information.
Article 15 (Service Changes and Suspension)

JIMFF may modify the content of existing services without prior notice to improve the Service.
JIMFF may restrict or suspend the Service in the following cases:
When unavoidable due to maintenance, construction, etc., of Service facilities.
When a member interferes with the operation of the Service.
When there are obstacles to normal use of the Service due to power outages, problems with related facilities, or an excessive number of users.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies.
JIMFF is not responsible for any issues arising from Service changes or suspension.

JIMFF may provide various information to members by displaying it on the screen, via email, postal mail, etc.
JIMFF may display advertisements related to the operation of the Service on the Service screen, in newsletters, SMS, email, etc.
Article 17 (Deletion of Posts or Content)
JIMFF may delete content posted or transmitted within the Service (including between members) without prior notice if it is deemed to fall under the following categories, and JIMFF is not responsible for such deletion:

When content defames JIMFF, other members, or third parties, or damages their reputation.
When content violates public order and morals.
When content is recognized as related to criminal activity.
When content infringes on JIMFF's or third-party copyrights or other rights.
When content promotes unhealthy materials.
When content does not match the nature of the bulletin board.
When content violates relevant laws or JIMFF's guidelines.
JIMFF may establish and implement detailed guidelines for using the bulletin board, and members must follow these guidelines when posting or deleting various posts (including between members).

The rights and responsibilities for all materials (including between members) posted on the Service are as follows:

사단법인 제천국제음악영화제(이하 영화제)는 회원으로 가입한 사용자의 개인정보보호를 매우 중요시하며, '정보통신망이용촉진등에 관한 법률'을 준수하고 있습니다. 영화제는 개인정보보호정책을 통해 회원이 공개한 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다. 당사의 보호정책은 관계 법령의 변경 및 영화제가 제공하는 서비스의 내용변경에 따라 바뀔 수 있으므로 회원님께서는 제천국제음악영화제 사이트(www.jimff.org) 방문시 수시로 확인하시기 바랍니다. 

1. 개인정보의 수집목적 및 이용목적

영화제에서 회원의 정보를 수집하는 목적은 회원의 기본적인 신분을 확인하고 영화제 티켓 판매 및 운영에 관한 편의와 서비스를 제공하기 위한 것입니다. 또한 이벤트 당첨자에 대한 발송자료와 영화제 정보제공을 위한 자료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 

2. 개인정보 수집항목 및 수집방법

영화제는 회원 맞춤정보를 제공하기 위해 회원가입시 회원의 기본정보(아이디, 비밀번호, 이름, 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 휴대전화, 우편번호, 주소, E-Mail, 뉴스레터 수신유무 등)과 회원 부가정보를 요청할 수 있으며, 부가정보는 기입하지 않아도 됩니다. 
설문조사나 이벤트시에 집단적인 통계분석을 위해서나 경품발송을 위한 목적으로도 별도의 개인정보 기재를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이때에도 기입하신 정보는 해당 서비스 제공이나 회원님께 사전에 밝힌 목적 이외의 다른 어떠한 목적으로도 사용되지 않습니다. 

3. 개인정보 수집항목 및 수집방법

당사는 회원가입 절차 중 이용약관에 대해「동의」란에 체크하시면 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대해 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 

4. 개인정보 수집에 대한 동의

영화제의 회원으로서 제공되는 모든 서비스를 받으시는 동안 회원의 개인정보는 영화제에서 계속 보유하며 서비스 제공 등을 위해 이용합니다. 회원이 해지요청을 한 경우에는, 회원의 해지의사를 확인 후 즉시 해지처리됩니다.
다만, 영화제는 불량 회원의 부정한 이용의 재발을 방지하기 위해, 이용계약 해지일로부터 3개월간 해당 회원의 주민등록번호를 보유할 수 있습니다. 그리고 상법,전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 영화제는 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 회원정보를 보관합니다. 이 경우 영화제는 영화제에서 보관하는 정보를 그 보관의 목적으로만 이용하며 보존기간은 아래와 같습니다. 
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 : 5년 
- 대금결제 및 재화등의 공급에 관한 기록 : 5년 
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 : 3년 
영화제는 귀중한 회원의 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하며, 유출의 방지를 위하여 다음과 같은 방법을 통하여 개인정보를 파기합니다. 
- 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다. 
- 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다 

5. 개인정보의 공유 및 제공

영화제는 회원의 사전 동의 없이는 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보를 목적 외의 이용이나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없으며, 이에 대한 모든 책임은 영화제가 집니다. 단, 영화제와 제휴관계에 있는 회사가 제공하는 중대한 서비스(티켓 발권 및 기타 서비스)간에는 회원정보를 공유할 수 있으며, 회원 정보공유에 대해서는 해당 서비스약관이나 해당 서비스를 통해 명시적으로 공지합니다. 

6.회원 본인의 개인정보 관리(열람, 정정, 삭제, 관련 질의응답등)



회원은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 개인정보를 열람하거나 정정할 수 있으며 회원탈퇴(가입해지)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 정보열람 및 정정은 영화제에서 제공하는 서비스(웹 사이트 등)의 My Page의 개인정보 변경 항목에서, 가입해지 신청은 webmaster@jimff.org 로 탈퇴의사를 밝힘으로 가능합니다. 

7. 쿠키(cookie)의 운영관리

영화제는 서비스 업무와 관련하여 회원전체 또는 일부의 개인정보에 관한 통계자료를 작성하여 사용할 수 있고 서비스를 통하여 회원님의 컴퓨터에 쿠키를 전송할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회원님은 쿠키의 수신을 거부하거나 쿠키의 수신에 대하여 경고하도록 사용하는 컴퓨터의 브라우저의 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다. 그러나 쿠키의 설정 변경에 의해 서비스 이용이 변경되는 것은 회원의 책임입니다. 

8. 개인정보보호를 위한 보안관리

회원의 개인정보는 비밀번호에 의해 철저히 보호되고 있습니다. 
회원의 비밀번호는 회원 본인만이 알 수 있으며 개인정보의 변경, 열람 또한 본인만이 가능합니다. (단, 미성년자 등 예외 사항 제외) 또한, 서비스 이용을 마치신 후 반드시 LOG OUT을 하시는 것이 바람직하며 특히 여러 사람이 같은 컴퓨터를 공유하는 경우나 공유장소에서는 반드시 그러한 작업을 거치시기 바랍니다. 

9. 미성년자의 개인정보보호

만 19세 미만의 미성년자는 회원가입시 법정대리인의 요청에 따라 법정대리인의 정보를 입력할 수 있도록 되어있으며, 미성년자의 법정대리인에 한해 회원의 정보를 열람할 수 있습니다.

Jecheon International Music & Film Festival Privacy Policy
The Jecheon International Music & Film Festival (hereinafter referred to as "the Festival") places a high priority on protecting the personal information of its registered members and complies with the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." This Privacy Policy explains how the personal information provided by members is used and what measures are taken to protect it. As the Privacy Policy may change due to amendments in relevant laws or changes in the services provided by the Festival, members are encouraged to frequently review the policy when visiting the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival website (www.jimff.org).

1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
The purpose of collecting personal information from members is to verify their identity and provide services related to ticket sales and festival operations. It may also be used to send materials to event winners and provide festival information.

2. Collected Information and Collection Methods
The Festival may request members' basic information (ID, password, name, resident registration number, phone number, mobile number, postal code, address, email, newsletter subscription preferences, etc.) and additional information during registration. Members are not required to provide additional information. Personal information may also be requested during surveys or events for collective statistical analysis or prize dispatch. Any information provided will only be used for the services offered or for the purposes explicitly stated in advance.

3. Consent to the Collection of Personal Information
During the membership registration process, if you check the "Agree" box for the terms and conditions, it is considered that you have agreed to the collection and use of your personal information.

4. Retention and Use of Personal Information
The Festival will retain and use members' personal information as long as they receive services provided by the Festival. If a member requests cancellation, their request will be promptly processed after confirming their intention to cancel. However, the Festival may retain the resident registration number of the member for three months from the date of contract termination to prevent the recurrence of fraudulent use by delinquent members. In addition, if there is a need to retain certain information in accordance with relevant laws, such as the Commercial Act or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Festival will retain member information for the period specified by those laws. In such cases, the Festival will use the retained information only for the purposes of storage, with the following retention periods:

Records of contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years
Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years
Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years The Festival will securely dispose of members' valuable personal information to prevent leaks using the following methods:
Personal information printed on paper will be shredded or incinerated.
Personal information stored electronically will be deleted using technical methods that prevent the records from being recovered.
5. Sharing and Provision of Personal Information
The Festival will not use or provide members' personal information for purposes other than those intended or to third parties without the member's prior consent. However, personal information may be shared with companies in partnership with the Festival for significant services (such as ticketing and other services). Members will be explicitly notified of the sharing of their information through the relevant service terms or the service itself.

6. Management of Personal Information (Viewing, Correction, Deletion, Inquiries, etc.)
Members can view or correct their registered personal information at any time and may request membership cancellation (withdrawal). Information viewing and correction can be done through the "My Page" section of the service provided by the Festival. Membership cancellation can be requested by expressing the intention to withdraw via email at webmaster@jimff.org.

7. Operation and Management of Cookies
The Festival may compile statistical data on the personal information of all or some members related to service operations and may transmit cookies to members' computers through the Service. In this case, members can change their browser settings to refuse or be warned about receiving cookies. However, changes in service usage due to changes in cookie settings are the responsibility of the member.

8. Security Management for Personal Information Protection
Members' personal information is strictly protected by a password. Only the member knows the password, and only the member can view or change their personal information (except for minors and other exceptions). After using the service, it is recommended that members log out, especially when sharing a computer with others or using a public computer.

9. Protection of Minors' Personal Information
Minors under the age of 19 must enter their legal guardian's information upon registration at the request of the guardian, and only the legal guardian of the minor can view the minor member's information.
