Synopsis

Joo Hyen’s only wish is to have a 24-inch waist. By chance, she comes across a secret formula that helps her lose two inches from her waistline—but she doesn’t stop there. This grotesque and humorous musical portrays women’s desire for Barbie-doll-like bodies.

  • Director Lim Wang-tae studied Theater and Film Directing at CalArts. He currently teaches at the Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts. His film 24 (2003) was invited to the Short Shorts Film Festival, and Date (2011) was screened at the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival.
