Synopsis

Elliot, Paul, Michael, Liam, and Grant are members of a heavy metal band called _____. Their music is loud, their hair is long—and their average age is just ten. This documentary follows their chaotic preparations for a major outdoor concert as they struggle with songwriting, tuning their instruments, handling their parents, and confronting the limits of their own musical talent in a quest for rock 'n' roll glory.

Originally from Sweden, Chris Waitt transitioned from being a rock musician to a filmmaker, developing a particular passion for puppetry. He gained significant attention for his adult-oriented puppet film Fur Avenue. His work spans animation, documentary, comedy, and music videos—often featuring a distinct blend of humor and provocation. His short films include The Outsider (2005) and How to Cope with Rejection (2005), and he has directed TV shows such as Fur TV (2004) and St. Maddy's School of Mischief (2004).
