Synopsis

Motörhead are a British rock band formed in 1975 by Ian Fraser Kilmister, known mostly by his stage name Lemmy. They are typically classified as heavy metal, and their fusion of punk rock into the genre helped to pioneer speed metal and thrash metal. This documentary delves into the personal and public life of the heavy metal icon Lemmy Kilmister, the frontman of Motörhead. Nearly three years in the making, and featuring appearances by such friends like Metallica, Dave Grohl, Billy Bob Thornton and pro wrestler Triple H, the film follows Kilmister from his Hollywood bedroom to the hockey arenas of the match between Scandinavia and Russia.
