Synopsis

In a medieval monastery Brother Benoît, a rotund, congenial, but blundering monk has just received orders from his superior to clean the church’s immense organs. Accompanied by his friend Françoise, he tries his best. Despite his good intentions, however, he triggers one catastrophe after another and the more he attempts to set things right, the worse the situation becomes.

  • Michel Dupuy, born in Geneva in 1963, studied graphic design and animation at the Geneva School of Art. Since 1987, he has worked as a graphic designer for the French-speaking Swiss TV channel. His works include short animated films such as "Good Morning Coils" (1984) and "No Box for Dolls" (1990).
