Synopsis

“... A nice visit to the shop here instead of having to travel to Rugby” by Wayne Henderson. In Rugby, Virginia, is the workshop of Wayne Henderson, the musician and master craftsman who has made guitars for Doc Watson and Eric Clapton. Learning from the generation before him, Wayne handed down the techniques to next generation.

  • 2005년 비영리 예술교육센터인 아팔숍에서 일을 시작했다. 여러 비상업적 미디어아트 프로젝트에 참여하며 2008년 봄, 자신의 다큐멘터리 영화를 제작하기 시작했다. 1년의 촬영과 편집 작업과정을 거쳐 <기타의 탄생>을 만들었다.
