Synopsis

In Search of the Messiah reveals an extraordinary world of politics, deception, crime, and passion surrounding Stradivarius violins, spanning over a 350-year history. 350 years after their creation, they still remain one of the only objects that can produce an intensely beautiful and unique sound in cultural history, unrivaled by anything modern technology and science can produce.   • He studied photography at the Royal College of Art in the UK. His short film Muse (2009) was selected for the Venice Biennale, and he held an exhibition titled Small Gestures in a Bare Room (2010) at the Pompidou Centre. He currently works as a senior lecturer in Visual Communication at the University of the Arts London.
