Synopsis

Ben spends his time listening to his Dad’s old 70s vinyl and making mixtapes on an old double deck tape recorder. He makes a tape to try and woo Lily, the girl of his dreams. Mixtape was screened at JIMFF 2010 and is to be screened again specially this year as it is a sequel to Disco.

  • Luke Snellin has been recognized with awards at various film festivals. Mixtape was nominated for Best Short Film at the 2010 BAFTA and won the Grand Prix at the Virgin Media Short Film Competition, which was chaired by Kevin Spacey.
