Synopsis

One day, a 15-year-old boy Hermano comes home from school and discovers that his parents are going to get a divorce. Being in anguish and filled with a sense of loss, he now has to be the man of the house with his older brother. The Best Things in the World is a film filled with youthful energy which endeavors to portray young people today through the experience of a 15-year-old boy. While things that he believed were solid crumble into dust, he learns tolerance, compassion, and the true value of friendship.

  • Born in São Paulo, Brazil. In 2000, she co-produced her first feature film Brainstorm with the Italian production company Fabbrica Cinema, winning 47 awards at national and international film festivals. Her second feature film Goodbye, My Love also garnered numerous awards.
