Synopsis

One evening in Noumea, just before a reggae concert is about to begin, a general power failure occurs. The audience gets angry. A young assistant comes up on stage to soothe the crowd. She decides to sing French singer Barbara’s ‘Dis, Quand Reviendras-tu?.’
