Synopsis

Arun, an 11-year-old stable boy, develops a boyish crush on his charming employer. 22-year-old Susanna became the proprietor of the family stud farm after the death of her father. Her sudden marriage to an older military man comes as a bitter disappointment to Arun. However, her husband is soon killed by a man-eating tiger. As Arun grows up, he witnesses Susanna go through a series of similarly misguided and ultimately disastrous marriages. Years later, as a forensic analyst, it falls to Arun to identify the remains of none other than his once-beloved Susanna.

His recent film Kaminey (2009) also garnered numerous awards.
